Edmund will be Milieux Ecole's first, but not by far, last principal. He spent time on Fandom Island and discovered that he hated people there just as much as he'd hated them everywhere else.
After leaving Fandom, he traveled for a while, unstuck in time and dimension thanks to Fandom's oddities until he came to Milieux. For whatever reason, Milieux's M.B. (Mysterious Benefactor) thought he would be the ideal individual to give a properly punitive face to the new school.
Thus, a man who hates people is in charge of a school full of variedmiscreants students.
